Post Event Cleaning Checklist

KITCHEN

• Clean kitchen appliances, including oven, stove, refrigerator, and microwave

• Clean cabinets, shelves, & drawers interior and exterior

• Clean interior windows and glass surfaces

• Clean doors, including doorknobs and door frames

• Clean light fixtures (applicable height)

• Polish stainless steel surfaces

• Clean and disinfect exhaust fans, filters, and ventilation grills

• Collect all packaging, owner’s manuals, & labels- leave on countertop

• Remove all packaging/plastic from appliances & throw away

• Remove marks or stains from walls and baseboards

• Removal all trash

• Vacuum, mop, and sanitize the floor

BEDROOMS & LIVING SPACES

• Vacuum floor surfaces to remove debris and residue

• Clean carpets and rugs to remove dirt and stains

• Dust and wipe light switches

• Dust and wipe windows and window sills

• Dust and wipe tables, shelves, and other flat surfaces

• Wipe and polish knobs, handles, switches and other small elements

• Clean baseboards and walls of marks and stains

• Clean mirrors (if any)

• Clean and dust closets and shelves

• Wipe and sanitize the walls

• Removal all trash

• Vacuum, mop, and sanitize the floor

BATHROOM(S)

• Clean and disinfect toilets

• Clean and sanitize sinks, faucets, backsplash, countertops

• Scrub and disinfect bathtubs

• Clean and disinfect showers

• Clean tiles with a non-abrasive cleaning material

• Wipe and polish mirrors and other reflective surfaces

• Wipe and sanitize the walls

• Clean cabinets inside and outside

• Dust and wipe baseboards

• Clean light switches

• Dust and wipe windows and window sills

• Remove construction stickers or protective coverings from bathroom fixtures, tubs, etc.

• Clean bathroom accessories, such as toilet paper holders and towel racks

• Removal all trash

• Vacuum, mop, and sanitize the floor

HALLWAYS – STAIRWELLS

• Clean staircase and railings

• Clean light fixtures and bulbs

• Dust and wipe light switches

• Dust and wipe windows and window sills

• Clean baseboards and walls of marks and stains

• Remove paint, dry wall mud/debris from doors

• Wipe and sanitize the walls

• Clean electrical switches and outlets

• Dust ceilings, walls, and corners

• Remove & dispose of any protective plastic film on floor & windows

• Removal all trash

• Vacuum, mop, and sanitize the floor

ENTRANCE & EXITS

• Clean doors

• Clean door jams &threshold

• Vacuum & dust inside entryway

• Sweep outside entryway

STANDARD PROTOCOL

• Cleaning will be performed to a maximum height above floor.

• Additional window or hard floor cleaning or cleaning beyond the services described above are performed at client’s request & billed separately

• Security codes, fobs, gate entry, or access keys will need to be provided prior to start of work

• All supervision, cleaning equipment & supplies will be furnished by Everybody Knows Jane, LLC.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES OFFERED (Fees Apply)

• Window Washing (Remove plastic, caulking, adhesive, etc. Wash with applicator & Squeegee, Use plastic scraper to remove debris)

• Exterior Pressure washing of house + Driveway + Walkways

• External Patio Cleaning, Porch, Deck cleaning

• Haul/Remove unused construction materials and equipment

• Clean garage doors or parking barriers

• Clean Exterior Light Fixing
